Chain loading bridle for sea containers. Our sea container loading bridle is a safe and secure method of loading containers. Made with dedicated pulling hooks that lock into either the forward or side eye of a sea container for secure attachment and built in shortening hooks for easy adjustment. Note: Not for overhead lifting
1/2” Ratings are the same as standard grade 100 chain – 15,000 lbs working load limit
3/8” Ratings are the same as standard grade 100 chain – 8,800 lbs working load limit
Specifications: Meets ASTM Spec. B454, Military Spec. MIL-C-8156 2A for mechanical zinc coating required by ASTM A-153, Class D. RoHS Compliant.
Strength Loss: None. Silver ShieldTM finish is applied at room temperature. There is no strength loss due to incidental tempering.
Applications: Chains used in coastal areas which are subjected to salt air as well as other hostile operating environments, or anywhere high strength and corrosion protection is needed.

Available in both 3/8″ and 1/2″ American made chains, our loading bridle is rated the same as standard grade 100 chain. The 1/2″ chain has a working load limit of 15,000 lbs, while the 3/8″ chain has a working load limit of 8,800 lbs.
Our chain is designed to withstand the harshest environments. It meets ASTM Spec. B454 and Military Spec. MIL-C-8156 2A for mechanical zinc coating required by ASTM A-153, Class D, and is RoHS compliant.
