Round Slings are great for lifting because unlike chain they have soft edges which will prevent load damage. These are a great lightweight and flexible option for all-purpose hoisting and rigging. Perfect for fragile loads and recovery work. Avoid using with loads that have sharp edges. Lighter and easier to use than chain and cheaper to replace. When using with a hook make sure to attach it to a web shackle to prevent damaging the round sling.
