The envelope has a hand colored tow truck and “transportation series’ hand written noting the tow truck stamp was from the USPS transportation series of stamps. Also hand stamped commemorating the release of the tow truck stamp and four tow truck stamps on the envelope. Perfect for anyone in the tow truck industry and any stamp collectors who want to own a piece of USPS history. The Frame has no holes or wire for hanging and can stand on itself. The sides could hold command strips if you would like to hang it on a wall.
