An envelope hand cancelled at the tow truck stamp’s first day of issue on Jun 24, 1987 in Tuscon Arizona. Proffessionaly framed in an 12×14 wooden picture frame. The envelope is a larger hand drawn version of the same 1920s tow truck on the stamp with info on the stamps like it was part of the USPS transportation series and the rate of the stamp. Also hand stamped commemorating the release of the tow truck stamp and three tow truck stamps on the envelope.
